Now, we’re looking for a Principal Executive Recruiter to play a pivotal role in guiding our growth by leading high-impact searches, advising clients, and expanding our network of transformative leaders and visionary companies.
As a Principal Recruiter, you’ll operate at the intersection of research, execution, and assessment rigor. You’ll help with candidate identification and strategy, manage full-cycle search execution, and shape the overall quality of delivery. You’ll partner with senior leaders on client-facing work while building a deep understanding of the market, helping to elevate every search.
You’ll combine analytical precision with human intuition—sourcing creatively, assessing rigorously, and presenting candidates with clarity and conviction. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who aspires to lead searches, influence process, and accelerate their path to Director and Partner.
